Privacy Policy – Warranty Management App (B2B)

This Privacy Policy describes how personal data are collected, used and protected through the

AUTOCLIMA WARRANTIES application (the “App”), intended exclusively for professional users

(B2B) for managing warranty processes related to vehicle air conditioning products.

2. Scope of Use (B2B)

The App is intended exclusively for professional users such as installers, workshops and partner

companies. The App is not intended for private users or persons under 18 years of age.

3. Types of Data Processed

a) Professional data

• Name and surname of the operator

• Company email address and phone number

• Customer company name

b) Vehicle data

• License plate number

• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

c) Product and warranty data

• Product serial number

• Installation date

• Warranty status and duration

• Technical interventions and service notes

d) Technical data

• App usage logs

• Error and crash data (diagnostic purposes)

4. Purpose of Processing

Data are processed for warranty management, technical support, traceability of interventions,

contractual and legal compliance and service improvement. Data are not used for marketing,

advertising or profiling.

5. Legal Basis

Processing is based on contract execution, legal obligations and legitimate interest of the Data

Controller.

6. Processing Methods and Security

Data are processed using IT systems and protected by appropriate technical and organizational

measures. Data are protected using encryption during transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and, where

applicable, during storage.

7. Data Retention

Data are retained for the time necessary to manage warranty services and, in any case, for a period

not exceeding 10 years, unless different legal obligations apply.

8. Location of Processing

Data are stored on cloud infrastructures provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS), with data

centers located within the European Union. No transfer of data to non-EU countries is foreseen.

9. Data Sharing

Data may be shared exclusively with IT and cloud service providers acting as Data Processors,

including Amazon Web Services (AWS) pursuant to Article 28 GDPR, and with competent

authorities where required by law.

10. Data Subject Rights

Users may exercise their rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR by contacting privacy@autoclima.com.

Data subjects may request deletion or restriction of processing by sending a request to the same

address.

11. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated. Changes will be communicated through the App or the

company website.
