The legendary Dakar Rally-marathon is back! It’s been almost a year since the Russian KAMAZ-Master crew led by Dmitry Sotnikov won first place in the truck division, and now the team is committed to this new challenge.
The truck division is rightly considered one of the most spectacular of the Dakar – trucks of several tons travel hundreds of kilometers off-road, reaching speeds of 140 km/h.a. And with each edition of the rally-marathon the pace of the race gets higher – a real challenge for the crews whose job is to reach the finish line with a high result. “Dakar 2022” has attracted the attention of 56 crews (of which eight riders are newcomers), 12 more than in January 2021.
The KAMAZ-master team brought four sport trucks to the Arabian Peninsula.
